InControl

InControl allows you to view and manage the programs that are starting automatically whenever Windows starts. It organizes the in a tree-view based on the type of startup they use and allows you to view details on selected item or to delete them (permanently). It also comes with a unique Blacklist feature, that lets you specify keywords or paths that should be prevented from being added to the startup entries, as well as backup and Undo features.

Fast Launcher

Fast Launcher is an program and document launcher, that runs in the system tray and provides a compact toolbar with tabbed categories, that you can use for quick access to your favorite programs, websites, or documents. You can simply drag and drop items into the toolbar, and then access them by clicking on the icon, using a keyboard hotkey, or tray icon menu. Fast Launcher supports custom parameters for each items, and also allows you to launch multiple items at once.

Chameleon Startup Manager

Chameleon Startup Manager provides you with complete control over the programs that start automatically with Windows. Tidy Start Menu

Tidy Start Menu allows you to easily organize the programs in your Start/Programs menu, by sorting them into several categories, which will be created as folders in your Programs menu. Instead of having dozens of program folders and entries, you can reduce the initial level to 5-8 categorized folders and then directly navigate to the programs within that category. Of course this can be easily accomplished by using standard Windows features (creating folders and dragging items into them), and Tidy Start Menu only makes the task a little easier for novice users by using simple check boxes to assign programs to a category. The free version is limited to 8 pre-defined categories, which should accommodate the average user - if you want to create more categories, you will have to purchase an advanced version. (In this case however we would really recommend to invest a few minutes of your time and organize the Programs menu yourself)
