MailList Controller

MailList Controller (Professional) is an email mailing list and marketing solution designed to send out personalized messages, manage multiple mailing lists, newsletters, campaigns, e-zines, announcements, support and group mails. It comes with a built-in SMTP server, but can also use an external server. Features include automatic processing of (un)subscribe requests, returned mail processing, mail merging to customize messages, single and double opt-in lists and more. MailList Controller also comes with a built-in WYSIWYG editor that allows you to design messages easily with full support for HTML messages with embedded images and file attachments. Additional features include support for ODBC connections (MS SQL, MySQL etc.), database import, support for SMTP/ESMTP/POP authentication, run as Windows service and more. The Professional version supports 10 lists with up to 10.000 recipients each.

SmartSerialMail

SmartSerialMail allows to automatically send e-mails to a large number of recipients. E-mails can be sent using MAPI or SMTP and up to 64 threads may be used, which allows an optimal usage of your internet connection. Each mail is send individually to its recipient, so that only his name appears in the To: section of the mail header. The program supports plain text and html mails, and can store recipient lists in a local database.

K-ML

K-ML is a mailing list and newsletter manager that enables you to send customized emails to your mailing list subscribers. It supports HTML and Text, as well as combined formats and offers integrated HTML editing and preview. The program is easy to use and even comes with ready-to-use PHP scripts that allow you to let users subscribe/unsubscribe to your mailing lists, complete with opt-in confirmation and subscriber download via integrated FTP. Additional features include mail merge, multiple lists, attachments, duplicate removal and more.

Mailing List Deluxe

This program allows you to create and support mailing lists for your clients and subscribers. Draft one message and it will be sent to an entire list of mail recipients. The program can also create a personalized letter for each subscriber, which can include all the necessary information from your database. Mailing List Deluxe has a built-in SMTP server and can send mail directly without any help from the ISP server. It supports multi-part HTML messages with embedded images, combined text and HTML messages, has a WYSIWYG HTML message editor and can send custom attachments for each recipient. The program possesses expanded mailing list capabilities such as list filtering, deleting duplicates, word and character replacement, creating lists from different types of text files, exporting and importing lists from MS Excel and checking addresses. The program supports a number of SMTP and POP3 accounts, and has a built-in editor to process the list mail recipients.

Android Newsgroup Downloader is a newsgroup downloader and newsreader program for alt.binaries newsgroups and is designed for handling large newsgroups and downloading large files such as music and movies, as well as smaller files such as pictures. eXecutive NewsLetter

eXecutive NewsLetter is a multi-threaded bulk mailer for newsletters, customer notifications, mailing lists, promotions and other needs of mass communication. It supports HTML formatted emails with (6) optional mail merge fields to customize each email with the recipients name, email, phone number, job title and web site URL. You can edit the message, using a word processor interface that supports standard text formatting, as well as images and tables. In addition, the program can monitor your POP account for subscribe/unsubscribe requests, and process mailings automatically using the built-in scheduler. The Standard version is limited to 3000 recipients and up to 5 mailing lists. A Pro version is available with unlimited mailings.

It can process requests directly via POP3 account, or alternatively via HTTP or FTP access to a list. You can create separate rules for each of your lists and maintain multiple lists with unlimited subscribers.

Email Questionnaire
