Plug and Browse allows you to store multiple network configurations and switch between them as needed. Fping

Fping is a console program, much like the ping program that comes with Windows, but offers additional features. You can adjust the time between pings ranging from 1ms to 5s and have the program beep on every (un)successful reply. You can also ping multiple hosts with one simple command. Fping can use raw sockets, or ICMP dll.
